Great hotel for an overnight stop over

This was our 5th stay at the hotel and for the last 3 years the lift has not been working. When we arrived the lift was working but in the morning it was out of service we were on the second floor and are disabled which caused a huge problem for us when I mentioned this to the staff there was no help offered. We are booked in on our return 22-6-26 so to save any problems can you please ensure we have a room on the ground floor. Geoff Turrell

All the staff are lovely and friendly but also efficient and professional.
Jean Baptiste does a great job and we like him a lot.
The Brit at St Dizier is a must to break our journey from Provence to Calais, so keep it up.!

This was our 3rd or 4th time at this hotel and hopefully we'll be back again next year. We love the location for the greenery plus the addition of eateries and a decathlon and a fantastic bakery with a great fruit/ veg/ grocery store next door. We had a lovely meal at the nearby Pizza Del Arte, delicious pizza and lovely friendly service. Very good value for money especially with the discount offered to residents of the hotel It's a great overnight stop for travel to the Alps, but it's more than just a stop, we really look forward to it, we find it very restful and it recharges our batteries for the journey ahead. We have stopped in many places on our route, but this one is completely stress free with the ease of location, parking, comfort and nearby facilities. Would highly recommend.

1. Calculating the Overall Rating

Each review is rated on a scale of 1 to 5. The overall rating displayed on our website is the average of all ratings received.

Each rating is based on criteria common to all establishments in the network:

  • The Room
  • The Reception
  • The Bathroom
  • Breakfast
  • Access to the Hotel

Some establishments also have specific criteria based on their services: restaurant, wellness area, etc.
For each review, we add up the ratings assigned to each criterion, then divide this total by the number of criteria evaluated to generate the establishment's overall rating.

2. Certified Reviews

Only guests who have actually stayed at the establishment receive an invitation to share their experience. This approach guarantees that 100% of the reviews published are authentic. Reviews are collected via the Customer Alliance platform and transmitted in their entirety to our website.

3. Publication and Moderation of Reviews

We strive to publish all reviews, whether positive or negative. However, some reviews cannot be displayed, particularly those containing:
